How Do I Get Started?

  1. Let’s talk! Schedule an initial meeting/phone call by calling us or filling out our contact form. We want to get to know you and your goals. We’ll give you more information on our 3-pronged approach to improve fitness, build self-efficacy and promote independence.

  2. Tour one of our many Valemee® partner gyms where you would like to begin working out with us.

  3. Schedule an assessment. We will get baseline information before we start teaching you the Valemee Fitness System.

  4. Choose the training package that works best for you!
